Her professional journey began in India as a Special Educator and Lecturer in Special Education.

These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in person-centred, evidence-informed, and therapeutic approaches.
She holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Special Education and has completed formal post-graduate studies in Therapeutic Recreation in Ontario.
Throughout her career, Rupali has been dedicated to supporting individuals across all stages of life, with a particular focus on seniors living with dementia, cognitive impairment, complex mental health and behavioural challenges, Parkinson's disease, stroke, brain injury, physical disabilities, and other neurological and physical health conditions. She is passionate about enhancing quality of life through meaningful recreation experiences that promote dignity, independence, purpose, and overall well-being.
