Lasting Connections

Where shared experiences become cherished memories and connections continue to grow. Making room for discovery, laughter, shared moments, and the simple joys that bring us closer.

Who We Are

At Lotus Roots, we provide meaningful recreational experiences that enhance seniors’ well-being while fostering connection, purpose, and a true sense of belonging. Our approach is guided by the principles of therapeutic recreation and person-centred engagement.

We honor each individual’s unique story, interests, and cultural identity, recognizing that true engagement goes beyond activities—it creates opportunities for connection, self-expression, and spiritual enrichment. We are committed to creating inclusive environments where every individual feels seen, respected, and empowered.

What We Do

Through group programs, one-on-one engagement, multicultural experiences, and special events, we support emotional, social, physical, cognitive, sensory, and spiritual wellness in ways that are respectful, inclusive, and engaging.

Recognizing a gap in culturally inclusive and personalized engagement, Rupali, a Dementia Certified Professional, founded LotusRoots. She brings evidence-based practices and specialized knowledge to support individuals across all stages of aging, promoting dignity, connection, and overall well-being.
